Our Sweet Treat bike is a fun & unique addition to any event! Enjoy full service catering from our staff & sweet treat bike onsite or a drop off party pack including one of our self-serve coolers. We can accommodate events for a large gathering all the way down to smaller groups of 50 or less. A former fixture at the Dallas Farmers Market, Jena Glover now operates out of the Mix Kitchen co-working space. That’s where she’s baking up delicious holiday creations like Pumpkin, Apple Caramel Crumble, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan, and Ms. Nantucket, a cranberry pie littered with slivered almonds.

Owner Jena Glover knows a thing or two about creating savory, flaky treats. Peckish Pies offers an array of meat pies: From the Down Under, a beef pie marinated with Aussie sauces, to the classic chicken pot pie loaded with white meat and veggies. Satisfy your sweet tooth with the Bart, a chocolate chess pie with amaretto, or a Major Key (lime pie) full of flavor.

Specializing in mini pies, Peckish Pies also turns out personal and full-sized pies in flavors like bourbon-pecan, pumpkin, triple berry and chocolate ganache at the Dallas Farmers Market. Savory pies are another specialty, and varieties include a chicken pot pie called The Classic, and an Australian beef pie called The Down Under. For Thanksgiving, full-sized pies are 2 for $50 and they’ll deliver right to the door.

Baking is about highlighting and blending the natural flavors you are working with, so they shine through and complement each other.
For many years, Jena had been tantalizing friends and family with her baked goods, when in 2016 she and her mom, Judeann began offering their yummy array of handmade, sweet and savory pies.
Word spread fast at the Dallas Farmers Market, and soon Sweet J’s was at holiday tables and special occasions across the greater Dallas area. Sweet J’s has also earned lots of great recognition from local publications such as the Dallas Observer, Eater Dallas, Focus Magazine and numerous local food bloggers. In the years following, the product offering has expanded to include cookies, quiche, specialty cakes, and downright decadent English Toffee, (which can be shipped nationwide!)
At Sweet J’s, we start with only the freshest and tastiest ingredients possible to create sumptuous pies and treats. You’ll taste the difference from “store bought” with every bite, and you’ll always be left wanting more!
